    1. Voluntary entering of data into forms, which are then entered into the Operator’s systems.

  1. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

  1. The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator’s servers: AZ.pl Sp. z o.o. with registered office at the following address: Zbożowa 4, 70-653 Szczecin, PL.
  2. To ensure technical reliability, the hosting company keeps logs at the server level. The following may be recorded:
    • resources specified by the URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
    • query time,
    • response time,
    • name of the client station – identification via the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
    • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the Website was accessed using a link,
    • information about the user’s browser,
    • information about the user’s IP address,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of ordering services via the website,
    • information related to the handling of e-mail addressed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information about how your data will be used

  1. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfil the obligations imposed on the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • hosting company on a delegated basis
    • authorised staff and associates who use the data in order to fulfil the purpose of this website
  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller no longer than is necessary for the performance of the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). Marketing data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request the Controller to:
    • provide access to you personal data,
    • correct your personal data,

    • restrict the processing of your personal data,

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data indicated in paragraph 3.2 for the purposes of carrying out the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling, such right of objection not being enforceable where there are valid legitimate grounds for the processing, interests, rights and freedoms superior to your interests, rights and freedoms, and in particular where it is necessary to establish, assert or defend claims.
  5. You may lodge a complaint against the Controller’s actions to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
  6. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Website.
  7. Activities involving automated decision-making may be undertaken in relation to you, including profiling, in order to provide services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Controller.
  8. Personal data are not transferred to any third countries within the meaning of data protection legislation. This means that we do not transfer them outside the European Union.

5. Information collected from you by forms

  1. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including the user’s personal data.
  2. The website may save information about your connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the website may save information to help link the data in the form with the e-mail address of the user completing the form. In such case, the user’s email address will appear inside the URL of the page containing the form.

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic provided by Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not transfer any personal data to the operator of this service; only anonymised information is sent. The service is based on the use of cookies stored on the user’s end device.
